  HID are designed for off road vehicles or vehicle applications that is non-registered or export only. They are not to be used in any driving conditions if the headlight assembly is not designed for the HID kits. (All headlight assemblies have a DOT code on them ex. HB3 - Halogen Bulb 3, if the headlight assembly is designed for HID it will list an HID code on the headlight) By buying and using HIDs on public driven roads without proper headlight assemblies will be the sole liability of the customer. HID kits not installed by the manufacturer in the factory are deemed for off road use only. You may not hold any parties but the customer responsible for misuse of this product. Chase Universe Inc and its partners nor anyone associated with Chase Universe Inc is responsible for any representation of our products from our “Affiliates” or by those who purchase their products from this web-site. We urge our customers not to claim that the products they purchase from us are legal. Please be sure to check DOT regulations in your state before purchasing this product.

• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Chase Universe Inc ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Chase Universe Inc ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All in stock items will be shipped in 1 business day. Merchandise will be shipped using the preferred method selected by Chase Universe to provide a speedy delivery using primarily UPS, FedEX or USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally, some items may go backordered. In such case, the customer will be notified via email with the option to cancel or keep the order active until shipment.




• Sales Tax
• Chase Universe Inc charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. All New York based orders will be charged a sales tax. No sales tax will be applied for all other states.



• Warranties
• All merchandises will come with one full year warranty from date of invoice. In event of any defects, customers need to notify Chase Universe Inc. immediately of the defect and send the defected merchandise back to Chase Universe Inc. Customer is responsible for the shipment of all defected merchandise. Upon verification by Chase Universe Inc., a replacement free of charge will be ship out to customers.



• Return Policy

• 1. All returns / exchanges must be notified to and authorized by Chase Universe Inc.

  2. No returns will be accepted if the product has been opened from original packaging and has been used. No returns will be accepted after 21 days of receipts, ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 25% restocking fee. Original shipping costs to the customer and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. All special orders and non-stock item returns are subjected to a service charge of 25% restocking fee.

  4. All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / pick ticket.

  5. Parts must be in new, re-salable condition, and in their original packing. NO PAINTED OR OTHERWISE ALTERED PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED.

  6. REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any customer who refused delivery of an order will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the additional return freight charges, and a 25% restocking fee. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.

  7. Chase Universe Inc reserves the right to reject returns on non-defective products. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.

  8. Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write damaged on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Chase Universe Inc within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
